Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Grigore Petrea made the kick off which started today's match. Raúl Gonzáles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dinu Medrea having to interfere. Vasile Arsenescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valer Iordan in the 10th minute of the match. Fan PC Servicii's Dinu Medrea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nae Costin in the 12th minute of play. In the 14th minute, Nechifor Antonescu made a precise shot to the right of Vasile Arsenescu. Cipanul FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 22nd play minutes Grigore Petrea shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Vasile Arsenescu and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 25th minute Valer Iordan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vasile Arsenescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Valer Iordan during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Cipanul FC booed when Fan PC Servicii was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valer Iordan didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Fan PC Servicii getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Aurel Marioara hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nae Costin to make the kick off. Cipanul FC's Vasile Arsenescu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ionică Goma in the 50th minute of play. Valer Iordan's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Vasile Arsenescu firmly grabbed it by the left post. Fan PC Servicii's Leontin Milcu was substituted for Daniel Florean. Sorin Tăzlăuanu hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Matei Tender blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dinu Medrea having to make a save. If Ionică Goma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute, Matei Tender left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cipanul FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Thanks to some nice moves Valer Iordan could shoot a difficult shot in the 92nd minute, which Vasile Arsenescu however easily saved by the left post. In the 93rd minute Fan PC Servicii were awarded a corner. Leontin Milcu went to the cornerflag to take it. Dinu Medrea didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nae Costin went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Fan PC Servicii succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Cipanul FC had controlled the match.
