Costin Encioiu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ferdinand Paz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Costin Encioiu having to interfere. FC ALEX JR's Costin Encioiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Bărbulescu in the 9th minute of play. Costin Encioiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leif Rosin in the 12th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Bărbulescu in the 13th minute of play forced FC ALEX JR's goalkeeper Costin Encioiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ferdinand Paz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Costin Encioiu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. After some careless play in the FC ALEX JR defense, Mait Mäidu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Costin Encioiu. The FC ALEX JR fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Costin Encioiu should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Bărbulescu in the 23rd minute of play forced FC ALEX JR's goalkeeper Costin Encioiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sebastian Bărbulescu took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Costin Encioiu. Costin Encioiu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 30th minute Sebastian Bărbulescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Costin Encioiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Dinu Nișu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Costin Encioiu. FC ALEX JR's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dinu Nișu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Mait Mäidu hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Ferdinand Paz took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Costin Encioiu. Costin Encioiu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Sebastian Bărbulescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Costin Encioiu having to interfere. A collision led to Olimpic Sibiu getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Manole Bogza hit a great ball. Costin Encioiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Bărbulescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 51st minute, Dinu Nișu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Olimpic Sibiu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. Mait Mäidu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Costin Encioiu made a huge save. 57 minutes into the match, Sebastian Bărbulescu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Costin Encioiu, 0-7. The crowd rose to their feet as Olimpic Sibiu's Dinu Nișu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Costin Encioiu. That made the score 0-8 after 61 minutes of play. 64 minutes into the match, FC ALEX JR's goalkeeper Costin Encioiu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sebastian Bărbulescu. Costin Encioiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mait Mäidu in the 64th minute of play. Costin Encioiu made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Sebastian Bărbulescu sent off a good shot on target. 70 minutes into the match, Dinu Nișu notched a goal, 0-9, to the right of FC ALEX JR's Costin Encioiu. Costin Encioiu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 73 minutes of play, Olimpic Sibiu's Leif Rosin made it 0-10 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Costin Encioiu was left in no man's land by his defense there! 78 minutes into the game, Olimpic Sibiu's Jüri Ojarand nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Costin Encioiu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-11. Through an outstanding action, after 81 minutes, Costin Encioiu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 83rd minute, Sebastian Bărbulescu made a precise shot to the right of Costin Encioiu. FC ALEX JR's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-12. The supporters of Olimpic Sibiu booed when FC ALEX JR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iacob Petrin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Mait Mäidu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Olimpic Sibiu's supporters rose to their feet, but Mait Mäidu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Costin Encioiu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 93 minutes into the game, Mait Mäidu lined in a short shot 0-14 behind a frustrated Costin Encioiu. FC ALEX JR's defense didn't have a chance, in the 97th minute, when Mait Mäidu scored to the left of an out of position Costin Encioiu, making the score, 0-15. Olimpic Sibiu's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
