Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Unirea Castelul Nou's Adrian Cernat started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the game, Unirea Castelul Nou's Adrian Cernat nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Albert Muscaș made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Unirea Castelul Nou's Adrian Cernat got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Dark Prophets booed when Unirea Castelul Nou was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mugur Răduțu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 7th minute of the match Mihăiţă Gheție sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Teofilo Batista skillfully saved the ball. The audience was convinced that Adrian Cernat's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Albert Muscaș was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. After 15 minutes, Adrian Cernat made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Dark Prophets's Albert Muscaș tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Adrian Cernat put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Albert Muscaș. Mugur Răduțu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Albert Muscaș read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. If Adrian Cernat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 28 minutes, Mugur Răduțu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Unirea Castelul Nou's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mugur Răduțu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 30 minutes into the game, Unirea Castelul Nou's Mugur Răduțu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Albert Muscaș made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. After 34 minutes, Mugur Răduțu made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Dark Prophets's Albert Muscaș tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Mugur Răduțu might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Albert Muscaș. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mugur Răduțu ran back to his position shaking his head. Cornel Amandiței sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Dark Prophets's Virgil Vulturar got a free kick in the 46th minute. After the first half Unirea Castelul Nou were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ovidiu Tomulescu to strike the kick off in the second half. If Rareș Bacalbașa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Dark Prophets's Albert Muscaș got control of the ball when Mugur Răduțu tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 60th minute, Mugur Răduțu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 63 minutes into the match, Mugur Răduțu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Albert Muscaș. Dark Prophets's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mugur Răduțu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. If Bastiaan Moorlag had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mugur Răduțu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albert Muscaș having to interfere. Nichifor Bulencea scored 0-8 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Albert Muscaș, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 75 minutes of play, Unirea Castelul Nou's Nichifor Bulencea made it 0-10 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Albert Muscaș was left in no man's land by his defense there! After recieving a nice pass, Dark Prophets's Cornel Amandiței tried to score from far away in the 79th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Albert Muscaș was a little too slow when Nichifor Bulencea got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 84th minute. The score was now 0-11. Albert Muscaș took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nichifor Bulencea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dark Prophets's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Bastiaan Moorlag scored to the left of an out of position Albert Muscaș, making the score, 0-12. Unirea Castelul Nou's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
