After having played for 7 minutes, Sakarias Drewitz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Crenvusti United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sakarias Drewitz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 12 minutes into the game, one of FC Crenvusti United:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave FC UNIREA Alba Iulia a penalty, 13 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Wilson Arósio, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FC Crenvusti United's Artur Dula. 0-2. A collision led to FC Crenvusti United getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Endel Uudevald hit a great ball. FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Baldomiro Txindoki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sakarias Drewitz in the 19th minute of play. In the 21st minute Iulian Pietreanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Dula saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baldomiro Txindoki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sakarias Drewitz in the 22nd minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's goal looked a bit too open when Sakarias Drewitz came free, but Baldomiro Txindoki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Artur Dula showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iulian Pietreanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Iulian Pietreanu made a kick off. A well placed Iulian Pietreanu short distance shot in the 52nd minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. Iulian Pietreanu's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 56thth minute, Artur Dula skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iulian Pietreanu in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Artur Dula saved FC Crenvusti United from getting behind. Wilson Arósio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Artur Dula read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. In the 64th minute FC UNIREA Alba Iulia were awarded a corner. Petrică Cândreanu went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Petrică Cândreanu almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Crenvusti United's Artur Dula did a great save. Baldomiro Txindoki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sakarias Drewitz's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. If Iulian Pietreanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to FC UNIREA Alba Iulia getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Orçun Yalınalp hit a great ball. In the 75th minute FC UNIREA Alba Iulia were awarded a corner. Petrică Cândreanu went to the cornerflag to take it. FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Mariano Jordy was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Artur Dula in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Baldomiro Txindoki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sakarias Drewitz in the 79th minute of the match. Zenon Galagan kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. If Narcis Orescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FC UNIREA Alba Iulia had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
