After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, William Rigg managed to get in a good position for a shot. The Valar's supporters rose to their feet, but William Rigg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stelian Butuc breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, William Rigg put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Stelian Butuc. Dacians Academy's Stelian Butuc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by William Rigg in the 13th minute of play. In the 16th minute, William Rigg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stelian Butuc was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After a rather tough play, Dacians Academy's Fermin Prejun got a free kick in the 22nd minute. The audience was convinced that William Rigg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stelian Butuc was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Emmanuel Canturri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manole Anghel in the 26th minute of play. Emmanuel Canturri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manole Anghel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. William Rigg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stelian Butuc read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Emmanuel Canturri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Manole Anghel's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers William Rigg in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stelian Butuc saved Dacians Academy from getting behind. In the 39th minute Manwë Vala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stelian Butuc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd match minute, Dacians Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manole Anghel to maneuver through the defense. After 43 played minutes Dacians Academy got a freekick which was hit by Fermin Prejun. The Dacians Academy players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. The Valar were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Iwo Tamulewicz was the one to do the kick off. Dacians Academy's Stelian Butuc proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Dacians Academy from getting a goal against them. Manwë Vala kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Dacians Academy's Stelian Butuc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by William Rigg in the 60th minute of play. If Iwo Tamulewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Valar's Emmanuel Canturri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iwo Tamulewicz in the 88th minute of play. After a rather tough play, The Valar's Ulmo Vala got a free kick in the 90th minute. Iwo Tamulewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Emmanuel Canturri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Valar were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Dacians Academy's much stronger midfield.
