The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristi Rogozea in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isac Hojbota saved FC Politehnica Timisoara from getting behind. In the 9th minute Cristi Rogozea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isac Hojbota saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isac Hojbota showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristi Rogozea, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. After a defensive mix-up in FC Politehnica Timisoara's zone, Alexandru Porumbescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isac Hojbota came out of the goal and Alexandru Porumbescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aron Bleoancă took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olimpiu Rizea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The sɴᴏᴏᴋᴇʀ ᴄʟᴜʙ sɪɴᴀɪᴀ 2017 fans' excitement grew in the 18th match minute when sɴᴏᴏᴋᴇʀ ᴄʟᴜʙ sɪɴᴀɪᴀ 2017's Cristi Rogozea looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 22nd minute, FC Politehnica Timisoara's Vali Maghiar ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aron Bleoancă. Aron Bleoancă yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. With a little luck, sɴᴏᴏᴋᴇʀ ᴄʟᴜʙ sɪɴᴀɪᴀ 2017's Aron Bleoancă got control of the ball when Martin Crușeveanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marius Pascaru in the 28th minute of play forced FC Politehnica Timisoara's goalkeeper Isac Hojbota to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isac Hojbota came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by sɴᴏᴏᴋᴇʀ ᴄʟᴜʙ sɪɴᴀɪᴀ 2017's Ion Oblemenco. But to his dismay, Ion Oblemenco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Aron Bleoancă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Crușeveanu in the 39th minute of the match. Ion Oblemenco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 46 minutes, Alexandru Porumbescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. sɴᴏᴏᴋᴇʀ ᴄʟᴜʙ sɪɴᴀɪᴀ 2017's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexandru Porumbescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Marius Pascaru hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Aron Bleoancă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vali Maghiar in the 52nd minute of the match. Aron Bleoancă showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Crușeveanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. sɴᴏᴏᴋᴇʀ ᴄʟᴜʙ sɪɴᴀɪᴀ 2017's Aron Bleoancă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Crușeveanu in the 56th minute of play. Ion Oblemenco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Isac Hojbota made a huge save. After 90 minutes FC Politehnica Timisoara's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ion Oblemenco who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on sɴᴏᴏᴋᴇʀ ᴄʟᴜʙ sɪɴᴀɪᴀ 2017's corner Ion Oblemenco fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Isac Hojbota quite easily take care of the ball. The FC Politehnica Timisoara supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching sɴᴏᴏᴋᴇʀ ᴄʟᴜʙ sɪɴᴀɪᴀ 2017's performance. The match ended with a win for sɴᴏᴏᴋᴇʀ ᴄʟᴜʙ sɪɴᴀɪᴀ 2017.
