With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nichifor Posticã in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vadim Butuc saved VULCAN from getting behind. Simion Streche hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. If Liviu Crudu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nichifor Posticã sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vadim Butuc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nichifor Posticã in the 26th minute of the match. The tension between the VULCAN and the Nimoreni UFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 46th match minute, VULCAN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simion Streche to maneuver through the defense.

The wind increased when Liviu Crudu made the kick off in the second half. 65 minutes into the match, VULCAN's goalkeeper Vadim Butuc had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ghitã Josan. George Juravschi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Liviu Crudu, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. If Ghitã Josan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nichifor Posticã was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 84th minute. Nimoreni UFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Adrian Iovu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vadim Butuc having to interfere. VULCAN's Vadim Butuc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrei Eremciuc in the 93rd minute of play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
