Ilie Dumitras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Constantin Colibã, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute, Petrea Coadã hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Grigore Pricop during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Moldovan Fc getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Grigore Pricop hit a great ball. In the 22nd minute, Dragos Toma fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Dragos Toma fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nichifor Cretu having to interfere. A collision led to Moldovan Fc getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Cãtãlin Iordan hit a great ball. Dragos Toma was extremely unlucky when he, in the 38th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. With a little luck, Moldovan Fc's Nichifor Cretu got control of the ball when Ion Dudãu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ilie Dumitras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Vulpe in the 45th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Cãtãlin Iordan made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dragos Toma in the 62nd minute of play forced Moldovan Fc's goalkeeper Nichifor Cretu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Moldovan Fc getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Ovidiu Juravschi hit a great ball. 64 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when FC Zimbru Chișinău's Ion Dudãu fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Daniel Vulpe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 79th minute Dragos Toma shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nichifor Cretu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Dragos Toma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 96th minute, Daniel Vulpe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
