The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Vulcãnesti FCA's Ghitã Chiritã got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Ghitã Chiritã kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Vulcãnesti FCA's Iosif Chiritã played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anton Istrate in the 7th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Vulcãnesti FCA's Emilian Platon got a free kick in the 8th minute. In the 12th minute, Petrea Burduf ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iosif Chiritã was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After 18 minutes of play, Egorovca CSF's Adrian Bumbu made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iosif Chiritã was left in no man's land by his defense there! 20 minutes into the game, Egorovca CSF's Petrea Burduf nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iosif Chiritã made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Iosif Chiritã made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Bumbu in the 23rd minute of play. Bogdan Platon struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Filip Coadã didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vulcãnesti FCA. In the 26th minute, Marcel Palamarciuc had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Vladimir Buruianã charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vladimir Buruianã the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 28th match minute, Egorovca CSF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladimir Buruianã to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Adrian Bumbu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Iosif Chiritã. That made the score 4-0 in the 33 minute of play. In the 38th minute, Egorovca CSF's Petrea Burduf dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0. Petrea Burduf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iosif Chiritã having to interfere. With a little luck, Vulcãnesti FCA's Iosif Chiritã got control of the ball when Anton Istrate tried to sneak it across the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Vulcãnesti FCA's goal looked a bit too open when Dorin Griceanu came free, but Iosif Chiritã reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 47th minute Adrian Bumbu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iosif Chiritã saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adrian Bumbu to make the kick off. Iosif Chiritã showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Bumbu, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. A collision led to Vulcãnesti FCA getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Virgiliu Curagãu hit a great ball. Iosif Chiritã took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Bumbu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Egorovca CSF's Anton Istrate got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vulcãnesti FCA's Iosif Chiritã played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ilie Curagãu in the 59th minute of play. In the 60th minute Adrian Bumbu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iosif Chiritã saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Petrea Burduf in the 67th minute of play forced Vulcãnesti FCA's goalkeeper Iosif Chiritã to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 70 minutes into the game, Egorovca CSF's Anton Istrate nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iosif Chiritã made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. In the 75th minute of the match Dorin Griceanu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Iosif Chiritã skillfully saved the ball. 79 minutes into the match, Petrea Burduf had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iosif Chiritã. Vulcãnesti FCA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Petrea Burduf was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0.
