Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Saivis Bardžūns got the match started through his kick off. 5 minutes into the match, FC Kirchholm's goal looked a bit too open when Saivis Bardžūns came free, but Edgars Centers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stefans Nomalis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrievs Konusdainis having to interfere. Stefans Nomalis might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andrievs Konusdainis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stefans Nomalis ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 19th match minute, FC Kirchholm was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Normunds Sirmbārdis to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute Sebastians Zoltners shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgars Centers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stefans Nomalis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrievs Konusdainis having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in FC Gatves's zone, Vents Holsts stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andrievs Konusdainis came out of the goal and Vents Holsts tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 35th minute, Normunds Sirmbārdis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Kirchholm's Stefans Nomalis got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of FC Kirchholm booed when FC Gatves was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raimonds Šmulis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edgars Centers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastians Zoltners in the 44th minute of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

FC Kirchholm's Normunds Sirmbārdis got his second yellow card of the match in the 52nd minute. The referee ordered Normunds Sirmbārdis off the ground. Edgars Centers made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Sebastians Zoltners sent off a good shot on target. In the 57th minute Stefans Nomalis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrievs Konusdainis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to FC Gatves getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Gastons Asprātis hit a great ball. Vents Holsts hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in FC Kirchholm's zone, Salvis Mežabite stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgars Centers came out of the goal and Salvis Mežabite tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mārtiņs Putns in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andrievs Konusdainis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 70th minute of the match Ikars Losmanis sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edgars Centers skillfully saved the ball. Mārtiņs Putns struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Andrievs Konusdainis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Kirchholm. After some careless play in the FC Gatves defense, Stefans Nomalis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Andrievs Konusdainis. The FC Gatves fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andrievs Konusdainis should have stopped the shot. Edgars Centers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sebastians Zoltners in the 82nd minute. When Stefans Nomalis fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Kirchholm's protests and gave Stefans Nomalis a yellow card for diving instead. With his leg Edgars Centers managed to avoid a goal in the 86thth minute, when FC Gatves's Sebastians Zoltners fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 89th minute Saivis Bardžūns shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgars Centers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stefans Nomalis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
