Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) FK Yurkantsy's Martynas Stonys started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Tylenis Jasaitis came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the FK Yurkantsy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tylenis Jasaitis couldn't finish the play. In the 9th match minute, FK Yurkantsy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haroldas Andriukaitis to maneuver through the defense. If Benjaminas Kura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martynas Stonys in the 18th minute of play forced FK Wierzbowo's goalkeeper Aurimas Gnedojus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andris Urbonavicius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Ugnius Visokavicius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 32nd minute Tylenis Jasaitis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurimas Gnedojus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of FK Wierzbowo booed when FK Yurkantsy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vytautas Marius didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benjaminas Kura could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Ugnius Visokavicius made a huge save. Benjaminas Kura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ugnius Visokavicius having to interfere. Andris Urbonavicius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andris Urbonavicius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Ugnius Visokavicius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Andris Urbonavicius to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Andris Urbonavicius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ugnius Visokavicius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Benjaminas Kura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Martynas Stonys received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Aurimas Gnedojus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in FK Wierzbowo's zone, Martynas Stonys stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aurimas Gnedojus came out of the goal and Martynas Stonys tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 63 played minutes FK Yurkantsy got a freekick which was hit by Vytautas Marius. In the 65th minute Martynas Stonys shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurimas Gnedojus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 75th minute, Tylenis Jasaitis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ugnius Visokavicius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andris Urbonavicius in the 80th minute of play. When Donatas Kryzius fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FK Wierzbowo's protests and gave Donatas Kryzius a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of FK Yurkantsy booed when FK Wierzbowo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donatas Kryzius didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Aurimas Gnedojus managed to avoid a goal in the 93rdth minute, when FK Yurkantsy's Tylenis Jasaitis fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 94 minutes into the match, FK Wierzbowo's goal looked a bit too open when Martynas Stonys came free, but Aurimas Gnedojus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FK Wierzbowo were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of FK Yurkantsy for a fine match.
