FBK Jonionys's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gintaras Luksys was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Egidijus Cimermonas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zygimantas Vizulis in the 24th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in FBK Jonionys's zone, Jeronimas Grazulis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Egidijus Cimermonas came out of the goal and Jeronimas Grazulis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gintaras Luksys fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egidijus Cimermonas having to interfere. 31 minutes into the game, Zygimantas Vizulis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FBK Poyursh's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FBK Jonionys the free kick. Zygimantas Vizulis kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Jeronimas Grazulis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egidijus Cimermonas having to interfere. Jeronimas Grazulis succeeded in the game's 44th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. The FBK Jonionys players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FBK Poyursh were winning 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jeronimas Grazulis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
