Kinty's Oskaras Česnauskas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daumantas Žalnerauskas in the 5th minute of play. Osvaldas Baikštys kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daumantas Žalnerauskas in the 9th minute of play forced Kinty's goalkeeper Oskaras Česnauskas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Kinty's Osvaldas Baikštys got a free kick in the 9th minute. 11 minutes into the match, FK Yakshay's Irtautas Juozaitis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oskaras Česnauskas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 15 minutes into the match, FK Yakshay's goal looked a bit too open when Astijus Baltruika came free, but Paulius Baublis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FK Yakshay's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Astijus Baltruika 18 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Rimas Balčaitis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Kinty's zone, Irtautas Juozaitis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oskaras Česnauskas came out of the goal and Irtautas Juozaitis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 27 minutes into the match, Kinty's Osvaldas Baikštys sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paulius Baublis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Irtautas Juozaitis in the 32nd minute of play forced Kinty's goalkeeper Oskaras Česnauskas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FK Yakshay's Irtautas Juozaitis got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Irtautas Juozaitis in the 44th minute of play forced Kinty's goalkeeper Oskaras Česnauskas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Astijus Baltruika to strike the kick off in the second half. Rimas Balčaitis struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Paulius Baublis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kinty. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Regimantas Gerdauskas during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 64 minutes into the match, Irtautas Juozaitis dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Oskaras Česnauskas, 1-2. When Kinty's Astijus Baltruika in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FK Yakshay's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in FK Yakshay's zone, Rimas Balčaitis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulius Baublis came out of the goal and Rimas Balčaitis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of FK Yakshay booed when Kinty was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Osvaldas Baikštys didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rimas Balčaitis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Daumantas Žalnerauskas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oskaras Česnauskas having to interfere. If Irtautas Juozaitis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 96 minutes, Irtautas Juozaitis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FK Yakshay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Irtautas Juozaitis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FK Yakshay's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
