Haroldas Misiunas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mantas Tamašauskis charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mantas Tamašauskis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of FK Gaupchyay booed when Levintoy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mantas Tamašauskis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 9th minute, Raimondas Grigas fired a really elegant long shot, but Ovidijus Geibūnas threw himself and managed to get hold of the ball just in front of the right post. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Levintoy's goalkeeper Ovidijus Geibūnas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Haroldas Misiunas in the 13th minute of play forced Levintoy's goalkeeper Ovidijus Geibūnas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ovidijus Geibūnas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haroldas Misiunas in the 24th minute of play. Vilius Vanagas hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugenijus Rutkauskas in the 29th minute of play forced FK Gaupchyay's goalkeeper Gintaras Karciauskas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Raimondas Grigas charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Raimondas Grigas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 33rd minute of the game. One of FK Gaupchyay:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Levintoy:s goal. The referee gave Levintoy a penalty, 35 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Mantas Žičkus, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FK Gaupchyay's Gintaras Karciauskas. 0-1. Gintaras Karciauskas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Martynas Kraujalis's shot from short distance in the 41st minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eugenijus Rutkauskas to make the kick off. If Martynas Kraujalis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eugenijus Rutkauskas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FK Gaupchyay's Gintaras Karciauskas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save FK Gaupchyay from getting a goal against them. An unexpected shot in the 64th minute by Martynas Kraujalis got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Gintaras Karciauskas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Martynas Kraujalis in the 66th minute. When Levintoy's Eugenijus Rutkauskas in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FK Gaupchyay's goalie prevented a goal. During the 68th minute of the match Vilius Vanagas completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Vilius Vanagas a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 68 played minutes FK Gaupchyay got a freekick which was hit by Vilius Vanagas. In the 73rd minute Eugenijus Rutkauskas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gintaras Karciauskas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ricardas Juknys had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ovidijus Geibūnas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andris Ubartas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 83 minutes into the game, Eugenijus Rutkauskas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gintaras Karciauskas. Eugenijus Rutkauskas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Eugenijus Rutkauskas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gintaras Karciauskas having to interfere. Gintaras Karciauskas didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Levintoy's Martynas Kraujalis shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-3 in the ordered_time% minute. 94 minutes into the game, Eugenijus Rutkauskas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Levintoy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FK Gaupchyay the free kick. After 96 played minutes, Levintoy's Germanas Gavėnas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gintaras Karciauskas came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Levintoy reached it. When the match was over Levintoy could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FK Gaupchyay throughout the match.
