Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tauras Dainavičius took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd match minute, Rabarbarai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stanislovas Mickus to maneuver through the defense. Bronislovas Pigulevičius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tautrimas Baltutis's late challenge caught a FK Milgavdze's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tautrimas Baltutis helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of FK Milgavdze booed when Rabarbarai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tautrimas Baltutis didn't get a good kick on the ball. The supporters of Rabarbarai booed when FK Milgavdze was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aldas Bardauskas didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tauras Dainavičius in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gediminas Andriulaitis saved Rabarbarai from getting behind. When Tauras Dainavičius came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the FK Milgavdze fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tauras Dainavičius couldn't finish the play. If Nerūnas Momkus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 24th minute, Tauras Dainavičius got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Astijus Smilgys could shoot a difficult shot in the 27th minute, which Zenonas Širvinskas however easily saved by the left post. Astijus Smilgys received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Zenonas Širvinskas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to FK Milgavdze getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Lauras Narbekovas hit a great ball. Gediminas Buožius kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tadas Kerežis was the one to do the kick off. Rabarbarai's Gediminas Andriulaitis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tauras Dainavičius in the 51st minute of play. Astijus Smilgys received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Zenonas Širvinskas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Rabarbarai booed when FK Milgavdze was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gediminas Fabijanskas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zenonas Širvinskas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadas Kerežis, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 66th match minute, FK Milgavdze was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gediminas Buožius to maneuver through the defense. FK Milgavdze's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Bronislovas Pigulevičius in the 79th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Nerūnas Momkus notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Rabarbarai's Gediminas Andriulaitis. Gediminas Andriulaitis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, FK Milgavdze's Aldas Bardauskas got a free kick in the 93rd minute. In the 97th minute, Nerūnas Momkus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FK Milgavdze had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
