Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nojus Kalvelis started the match with the kick off. 1990 Gargzdai's Nojus Kalvelis was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 4th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 8th minute, FK Gateliu's Jonas Lapinskas seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jonas Lapinskas the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of FK Gateliu protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jonas Lapinskas had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in FK Gateliu fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 8th minute. Penalty! 16 minutes into the match, Eigirdas Buinevičius notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of FK Gateliu's Alfonsas Balcikonis. Alfonsas Balcikonis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Germanas Vilkas came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by FK Gateliu's Aleksandras Katinas. But to his dismay, Aleksandras Katinas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Germanas Vilkas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aleksandras Katinas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aleksandras Katinas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 1990 Gargzdai's Germanas Vilkas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aleksandras Katinas in the 27th minute of play. 28 minutes into the game, Valdemaras Endrulis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 1990 Gargzdai's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FK Gateliu the free kick. Valdemaras Endrulis kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Nojus Kalvelis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Alfonsas Balcikonis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eigirdas Buinevičius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfonsas Balcikonis having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nojus Kalvelis in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alfonsas Balcikonis saved FK Gateliu from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Nojus Kalvelis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alfonsas Balcikonis was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Algirdas Luksys during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A hard shot 42 in the game by Nojus Kalvelis from a close distance when the talented Alfonsas Balcikonis managed to make a qualified save. FK Gateliu's players were relieved. 44 minutes into the match, FK Gateliu's goalkeeper Alfonsas Balcikonis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valdemaras Endrulis. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nojus Kalvelis got free with Alfonsas Balcikonis in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aleksandras Katinas made a kick off. Algirdas Luksys kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Alfonsas Balcikonis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vygandas Karvelis went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of 1990 Gargzdai booed when FK Gateliu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edvardas Domarkas didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nojus Kalvelis in the 61st minute of play forced FK Gateliu's goalkeeper Alfonsas Balcikonis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th match minute, 1990 Gargzdai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valdemaras Endrulis to maneuver through the defense. FK Gateliu's Laimonas Marcelionis shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 70th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Germanas Vilkas but with some difficulty. Germanas Vilkas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aleksandras Katinas in the 71st minute. Laimonas Marcelionis kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. If Aleksandras Katinas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nojus Kalvelis succeeded in the game's 82nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 6-1. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 7-1 when Nojus Kalvelis sped through FK Gateliu's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alfonsas Balcikonis. The supporters of 1990 Gargzdai booed when FK Gateliu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edvardas Domarkas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nojus Kalvelis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gabriel Oriche fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfonsas Balcikonis having to interfere.
