Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Zigmantas Dilda started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Kolnyany's Lauras Abrutis got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Tylenis Kotas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Kipras Statkus made a huge save. In the 11th minute, Liudvikas Zinkevicius fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Girkantas Miliauskas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Zigmantas Dilda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tylenis Kotas got free with Kipras Statkus in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 25th minute, Kolnyany's Tylenis Kotas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Kipras Statkus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Liudvikas Zinkevicius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute, Girkantas Miliauskas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leonas Mineikis was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Zigmantas Dilda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zenonas Pelėda in the 48th minute of play forced Kolnyany's goalkeeper Leonas Mineikis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Liudvikas Zinkevicius was the one to do the kick off. Zigmantas Dilda's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leonas Mineikis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Girkantas Miliauskas took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonas Mineikis. Leonas Mineikis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. If Zigmantas Dilda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonas Mineikis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zigmantas Dilda in the 69th minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Kayrelyay's goal looked a bit too open when Liudvikas Zinkevicius came free, but Kipras Statkus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Kolnyany booed when Kayrelyay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vidmantas Bazaras didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ricardas Pakerys during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Zigmantas Dilda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute, Zigmantas Dilda reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Leonas Mineikis. The goal made the score 2-5. When Kayrelyay's Zigmantas Dilda in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kolnyany's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Zigmantas Dilda's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leonas Mineikis was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. When the match was over Kayrelyay could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Kolnyany throughout the match.
