Ignas Vaitkus's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aurelijus Liutkus read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Ignas Vaitkus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Aurelijus Liutkus made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in FC Lituanica's zone, Leonas Paplauskas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aurelijus Liutkus came out of the goal and Leonas Paplauskas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zenonas Miniotas's late challenge caught a Burbaychyay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zenonas Miniotas helped the player get up and apologised. In the 46th match minute, FC Lituanica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zenonas Miniotas to maneuver through the defense.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Benediktas Malakauskas made a kick off. A collision led to FC Lituanica getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Ignas Vaitkus kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Burbaychyay's Ignas Vaitkus got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. FC Lituanica's Zenonas Miniotas got his second yellow card of the match in the 87th minute. The referee ordered Zenonas Miniotas off the ground. In the 88th match minute, FC Lituanica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zenonas Miniotas to maneuver through the defense. Ignas Vaitkus's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aurelijus Liutkus read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. Burbaychyay's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Marius Girnius in the 94th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Burbaychyay fully deserved thier win.
