The supporters of FC Barclays booed when Švėkšnos Ašis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dale Pajazo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dale Pajazo during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dalius Dovydauskas struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Carlinhos Castro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Barclays. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bronislovas Minkevičius made a kick off. Aurelio Lon might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Virgilijus Džiaugstas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aurelio Lon ran back to his position shaking his head. Aurelio Lon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Virgilijus Džiaugstas made a huge save. After 62 minutes, Liutauras Gudas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Barclays and the Švėkšnos Ašis players grew even worse after the yellow card. Liutauras Gudas hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. If Aurelio Lon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 68th minute, Aurelio Lon fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. A hard shot 69 in the game by Marco Martins from a close distance when the talented Virgilijus Džiaugstas managed to make a qualified save. FC Barclays's players were relieved. Carlinhos Castro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonas Rasiukas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vidas Lileika received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Virgilijus Džiaugstas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aurelio Lon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 76 played minutes FC Barclays got a freekick which was hit by Liutauras Gudas. Švėkšnos Ašis's Aurelio Lon got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 83rd minute, FC Barclays's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Aurelio Lon fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After having played for 87 minutes, Aurelio Lon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Marco Martins managed to get in a good position for a shot. Švėkšnos Ašis's supporters rose to their feet, but Marco Martins was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Virgilijus Džiaugstas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Aurelio Lon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Virgilijus Džiaugstas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aurelio Lon in the 94th minute. Švėkšnos Ašis played a much better game than FC Barclays and deserved their victory. The FC Barclays players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
