If Jokūbas Pranckevičius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 7th minute of the game. One of FK Kreivoji:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of SM Jaunimelis:s goal. The referee gave SM Jaunimelis a penalty, 8 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ugnius Jakštas, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FK Kreivoji's Daugirdas Tindžiulis. 1-0. In a very dangerous position, a player in FK Kreivoji fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 12th minute. Penalty! Daugirdas Tindžiulis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Staškus in the 19th minute of the match. Jokūbas Pranckevičius's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Justas Diliūnas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st match minute, FK Kreivoji was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jokūbas Vilčinskas to maneuver through the defense. SM Jaunimelis's Antanas Makelevičius got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 26th minute, Klemensas Gužauskas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Tomas Staškus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ligitas Zelmikas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daugirdas Tindžiulis having to interfere. Tomas Staškus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Daugirdas Tindžiulis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Antanas Dainauskas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, FK Kreivoji's Marijonas Elijošius got a free kick in the 54th minute. Daugirdas Tindžiulis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Staškus, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Vytaras Dagys's late challenge caught a FK Kreivoji's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vytaras Dagys helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of FK Kreivoji booed when SM Jaunimelis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vytaras Dagys didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tomas Staškus struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Daugirdas Tindžiulis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SM Jaunimelis. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antanas Makelevičius in the 65th minute of play forced FK Kreivoji's goalkeeper Daugirdas Tindžiulis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jokūbas Pranckevičius could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Justas Diliūnas made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in SM Jaunimelis's zone, Jokūbas Pranckevičius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Justas Diliūnas came out of the goal and Jokūbas Pranckevičius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Antanas Makelevičius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Daugirdas Tindžiulis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomas Staškus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daugirdas Tindžiulis having to interfere. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind FK Kreivoji's goalkeeper Daugirdas Tindžiulis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Jokūbas Pranckevičius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of SM Jaunimelis booed when FK Kreivoji was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jokūbas Vilčinskas didn't get a good kick on the ball.
