Tauras Ašmontas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jurgis Baranauskas having to interfere. After 10 minutes, Konstantinas Trinkūnas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lozdzieje and the Beisbolo institutas players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jurgis Baranauskas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aloyzas Mačionis went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 16 minutes into the match, Lozdzieje's Egidijus Raubickas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oskaras Danusevičius narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Oskaras Danusevičius was out of position in the 21 minute of play, and Jeronimas Girinskis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. In the 30th match minute, Lozdzieje was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurelijus Jackunas to maneuver through the defense. 30 minutes into the match, Beisbolo institutas's Konstantinas Dilinskas broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Lukas Černiauskas sped through Lozdzieje's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jurgis Baranauskas. A collision led to Lozdzieje getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Vytaras Filipavičius hit a great ball. After having played for 40 minutes, Konstantinas Dilinskas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Beisbolo institutas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Konstantinas Dilinskas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After having played for 46 minutes, Egidijus Raubickas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jeronimas Girinskis to strike the kick off in the second half. Augustinas Vaičiulis charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Aloyzas Mačionis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jurgis Baranauskas having to make a save. Oskaras Danusevičius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeronimas Girinskis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 72 played minutes Beisbolo institutas got a freekick which was hit by Tauras Ašmontas. In a very dangerous position, a player in Beisbolo institutas fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 73rd minute. Penalty! The referee gave Lozdzieje a penalty, 74 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Vitoldas Bička, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Beisbolo institutas's Oskaras Danusevičius. 2-2. In the 77th minute, Egidijus Raubickas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Jeronimas Girinskis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81st minute Egidijus Raubickas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oskaras Danusevičius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lukas Černiauskas in the 82ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jurgis Baranauskas, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Oskaras Danusevičius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeronimas Girinskis in the 88th minute of play. Vėjas Kievisas hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
