In the 9th minute, Lukas Daškevičius got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 10 minutes into the match, Irmantas Kibildis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Karolis Lapeikis. Gantsyuntsy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Irmantas Kibildis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Gantsyuntsy's Ugnius Lukosius slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Raimondas Danisevičius. That made the score 1-1 after 15 minutes of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Irmantas Kibildis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bertone FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Irmantas Kibildis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karolis Lapeikis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bertone FC's Raimondas Danisevičius proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Bertone FC from getting a goal against them. After 25 minutes, Dainius Sartauskas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bertone FC and the Gantsyuntsy players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Bertone FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Dainius Sartauskas hit a great ball. Raimondas Danisevičius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ugnius Lukosius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albertas Laukaitis charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Albertas Laukaitis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Albertas Laukaitis hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Gantsyuntsy's Ugnius Lukosius got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Raigardas Snieckus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Gantsyuntsy's Gediminas Kalvis got a free kick in the 48th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lukas Daškevičius was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Bertone FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valdas Janauskas to maneuver through the defense. Raimondas Danisevičius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raigardas Snieckus in the 55th minute of the match. Ugnius Lukosius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 65 minutes, Irmantas Kibildis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bertone FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Irmantas Kibildis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 70 minutes into the match, Bertone FC's Lukas Daškevičius sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Karolis Lapeikis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 75 played minutes Bertone FC got a freekick which was hit by Dainius Sartauskas. Ugnius Lukosius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raimondas Danisevičius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raigardas Snieckus in the 83rd minute of the match. During the 90th minute of the match Dainius Sartauskas completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Dainius Sartauskas a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Dainius Sartauskas kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Raimondas Danisevičius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ugnius Lukosius in the 98th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Bertone FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Gantsyuntsy.
