With a little luck, WSRH's Ignas Gelažius got control of the ball when Jotautas Čepulis tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in FK Ghose's zone, Bronislovas Kiaunė stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Romas Alijošius came out of the goal and Bronislovas Kiaunė tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 68 minutes into the match, WSRH's goal looked a bit too open when Agnius Masaitis came free, but Ignas Gelažius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Vincentas Tarasevičius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bronislovas Kiaunė sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee gave Jotautas Domkus a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Bronislovas Kiaunė sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
