Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jotautas Domkus started the match with the kick off. When Albinas Cicėnas came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Village Records fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albinas Cicėnas couldn't finish the play. Village Records's Vidmantas Černiauskas got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Albinas Cicėnas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Romas Alijošius having to interfere. In the 17th minute, Agnius Masaitis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Village Records's goalkeeper Zigmantas Balabonas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dalius Andriuškevičius during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Dalius Andriuškevičius hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. FK Ghose's Romas Alijošius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albinas Cicėnas in the 27th minute of play. Village Records's Vidmantas Černiauskas got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Jotautas Domkus's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zigmantas Balabonas was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. The supporters of FK Ghose booed when Village Records was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Airūnas Daniela didn't get a good kick on the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Village Records's goal looked a bit too open when Jotautas Domkus came free, but Zigmantas Balabonas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vidmantas Černiauskas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Jotautas Čepulis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dalius Andriuškevičius hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Albinas Cicėnas was the one to do the kick off. During the 55th minute of the match Dalius Andriuškevičius completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Dalius Andriuškevičius a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 56th match minute, Village Records was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dalius Andriuškevičius to maneuver through the defense. Airūnas Daniela kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Vidmantas Černiauskas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 66 minutes into the match, Jotautas Čepulis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zigmantas Balabonas. Village Records's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jotautas Čepulis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 71 minutes into the match, Village Records's goal looked a bit too open when Jotautas Čepulis came free, but Zigmantas Balabonas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jotautas Čepulis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Airūnas Daniela's late challenge caught a FK Ghose's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Airūnas Daniela helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Village Records getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Airūnas Daniela hit a great ball. Zigmantas Balabonas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jotautas Čepulis's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. If Jotautas Čepulis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lukas Kaunas in the 83rd minute of play forced Village Records's goalkeeper Zigmantas Balabonas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jotautas Domkus took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zigmantas Balabonas. Zigmantas Balabonas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 93 minutes into the match, Village Records's goal looked a bit too open when Jotautas Domkus came free, but Zigmantas Balabonas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zigmantas Balabonas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jotautas Čepulis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 97 minutes into the match, FK Ghose's goalkeeper Romas Alijošius had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vidmantas Černiauskas. For all the effort they put into the match, the Village Records players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FK Ghose.
