Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Albertas Kymantas took the kick off in the first half of the match. Arvydas Papšys's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Svajūnas Pranckevičius read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. Darijus Mykolaitis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vaidotas Radzinevičius having to interfere. Girkantas Tiškevičius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 17th minute, FC DIDE's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ignas Dačys fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ignas Dačys in the 25th minute of play forced FC DIDE's goalkeeper Vaidotas Radzinevičius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 27 minutes into the match, Tautvydas Minkus notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of FC FERTIS's Svajūnas Pranckevičius. Svajūnas Pranckevičius was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tautvydas Minkus charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tautvydas Minkus the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tautvydas Minkus hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. If Gytis Seniūnas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ignas Dačys received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Vaidotas Radzinevičius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arvydas Papšys in the 49th minute of play forced FC FERTIS's goalkeeper Svajūnas Pranckevičius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half FC DIDE were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ignas Dačys to make the kick off. In the 56th minute, Ignas Dačys left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC FERTIS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. FC FERTIS's Svajūnas Pranckevičius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albertas Kymantas in the 62nd minute of play. Agatas Girdauskas's late challenge caught a FC DIDE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Agatas Girdauskas helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to FC FERTIS getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Agatas Girdauskas hit a great ball. 65 minutes into the match, Arvydas Papšys notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of FC FERTIS's Svajūnas Pranckevičius. Svajūnas Pranckevičius was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the FC FERTIS defense, Arvydas Papšys kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Svajūnas Pranckevičius. The FC FERTIS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Svajūnas Pranckevičius should have stopped the shot. Arvydas Papšys fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Svajūnas Pranckevičius having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Darijus Mykolaitis during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of FC DIDE booed when FC FERTIS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Darijus Mykolaitis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arvydas Papšys had several of the FC FERTIS's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 82 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-4 score and a disappointed Svajūnas Pranckevičius as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 85th match minute, FC FERTIS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ignas Dačys to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 86 minutes, Arvydas Papšys managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC DIDE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arvydas Papšys was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Svajūnas Pranckevičius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albertas Kymantas, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. After 91 played minutes FC FERTIS got a freekick which was hit by Drąsutis Budvytis. The supporters of FC DIDE booed when FC FERTIS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Darijus Mykolaitis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Svajūnas Pranckevičius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albertas Kymantas in the 97th minute of play. Svajūnas Pranckevičius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albertas Kymantas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FC DIDE had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
