Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Zenonas Martišius took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 4th minute, Simonas Dilys reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Konstantinas Dargis. The goal made the score 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Simonas Dilys in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Konstantinas Dargis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 11 minutes into the match, Mitas's goalkeeper Konstantinas Dargis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aidas Kriskus. Vitoldas Grybauskas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Algitas Ozinskas in the 13th minute of the match. If Zenonas Martišius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Algitas Ozinskas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mitas's supporters rose to their feet, but Algitas Ozinskas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vitoldas Grybauskas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zenonas Martišius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 19th minute, Aidas Kriskus fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Konstantinas Dargis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Simonas Dilys in the 21st minute of play. If Algitas Ozinskas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 33rd minute, Mitas's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Aidas Kriskus fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A collision led to Mitas getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Bronislovas Žadeika hit a great ball. In the 40th minute Simonas Dilys shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Konstantinas Dargis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mitas's Konstantinas Dargis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Mitas from getting a goal against them. Vitoldas Grybauskas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zenonas Martišius in the 43rd minute of play. Audrius Vaineikis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Konstantinas Dargis having to interfere. Konstantinas Dargis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simonas Dilys, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Mitas's Algitas Ozinskas pulled a muscle in his leg after 52 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Gvidonas Kondrackas hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. After a beautiful solo achivement in the 55th minute, Albertas Pužauskas easily set the score to 1-2 through a well directed shot that entered the goal by the right post. Vitoldas Grybauskas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zenonas Martišius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Shefere's Vitoldas Grybauskas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zenonas Martišius in the 65th minute of play. After 69 played minutes Mitas got a freekick which was hit by Edmundas Katkus. In the 73rdth minute of the game Simonas Dilys who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mitas's Konstantinas Dargis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Shefere's Aidas Kriskus got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Simonas Dilys managed to get in a good position for a shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simonas Dilys in the 78th minute of play forced Mitas's goalkeeper Konstantinas Dargis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Zenonas Martišius came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Mitas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zenonas Martišius couldn't finish the play. When Simonas Dilys came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Shefere fans jumped to their feet. Valentas Barvainis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Konstantinas Dargis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aidas Kriskus, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Konstantinas Dargis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaunius Arlauskas in the 97th minute of play. The Shefere supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Mitas's performance. The match ended with a win for Mitas.
