Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Haroldas Ubartas took the kick off in the first half of the match. Modestas Zukauskas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 7 minutes into the match, Bang for the Buck's goal looked a bit too open when Laimutis Kabaila came free, but Ugnius Matulas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonas Gelgota made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Agatas Vėlius sent off a good shot on target. After 11 played minutes FBK Starku got a freekick which was hit by Mykolas Gudauskas. Vitalijus Kazlas hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. The FBK Starku fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when FBK Starku's Modestas Zukauskas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Modestas Zukauskas charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Modestas Zukauskas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Modestas Zukauskas hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Laimutis Kabaila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 33 minutes into the match, Bang for the Buck's goal looked a bit too open when Modestas Zukauskas came free, but Ugnius Matulas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Bang for the Buck's Sikstas Miežys got a free kick in the 34th minute. Laimutis Kabaila blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ugnius Matulas having to make a save. Rapolas Bagavičius kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Laimutis Kabaila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Modestas Zukauskas to make the kick off. Modestas Zukauskas took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ugnius Matulas. Ugnius Matulas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Agatas Vėlius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Bang for the Buck's Liutauras Čyvas got a free kick in the 58th minute. Modestas Zukauskas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ugnius Matulas having to interfere. When Laimutis Kabaila came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the FBK Starku fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Laimutis Kabaila couldn't finish the play. Modestas Zukauskas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Ugnius Matulas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Laimutis Kabailas short, quick shot in the 71stth minute got Ugnius Matulas to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpected shot in the 78th minute by Modestas Zukauskas got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Laimutis Kabaila got free with Ugnius Matulas in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Laimutis Kabaila took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Ugnius Matulas to make any attempt to save it. Haroldas Ubartas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Agatas Vėlius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 95 minutes, Agatas Vėlius managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bang for the Buck's supporters crossed their fingers, but Agatas Vėlius was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match was over FBK Starku could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bang for the Buck throughout the match.
