Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dominykas Prielgauskas started the match with the kick off. FK Birstonas's Linas Petryla came free and shot a quick shot against goal 9 minutes in the game, fortunately Bronius Jakaitis had problems saving as it came toward the left post. After a rather tough play, FK Shrotas's Kristupas Kedušis got a free kick in the 10th minute. After having played for 11 minutes, Nerūnas Enčius managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FK Birstonas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nerūnas Enčius was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dominykas Garnys might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Girkantas Alekna. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dominykas Garnys ran back to his position shaking his head. Linas Petryla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bronius Jakaitis having to interfere. A hard shot 23 in the game by Linas Petryla from a close distance when the talented Bronius Jakaitis managed to make a qualified save. FK Shrotas's players were relieved. 24 minutes into the match, FK Shrotas's goal looked a bit too open when Nerūnas Enčius came free, but Bronius Jakaitis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bronius Jakaitis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Linas Petryla in the 32nd minute. Bronius Jakaitis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nerūnas Enčius in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Kristupas Kedušis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bronius Jakaitis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nerūnas Enčius, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nerūnas Enčius to make the kick off. In the 55th minute, FK Birstonas's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Dominykas Garnys fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Linas Petryla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bronius Jakaitis having to interfere. Dominykas Garnys struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Girkantas Alekna didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FK Shrotas. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nerūnas Enčius in the 70th minute of play forced FK Shrotas's goalkeeper Bronius Jakaitis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82ndth minute of the game Nerūnas Enčius who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FK Shrotas's Bronius Jakaitis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Linas Petryla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Bronius Jakaitis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 88 played minutes FK Shrotas got a freekick which was hit by Kristupas Kedušis. Linas Petryla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bronius Jakaitis having to interfere. Bronius Jakaitis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nerūnas Enčius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nerūnas Enčius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nerūnas Enčius in the 96th minute of play forced FK Shrotas's goalkeeper Bronius Jakaitis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FK Birstonas's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
