Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Putinų Šernai's Albinas Pečiukas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes, FK Eigirdiskiai's Kestutis Puniskis shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vidas Sivickas came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FK Eigirdiskiai reached it. Gintaras Vizulis scored 1-0 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vidas Sivickas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Albinas Pečiukas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marijus Balkevicius having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domas Širvys in the 14th minute of play forced FK Eigirdiskiai's goalkeeper Marijus Balkevicius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albinas Pečiukas in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marijus Balkevicius saved FK Eigirdiskiai from getting behind. After a rather tough play, FK Eigirdiskiai's Kristupas Artiomovas got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 20th minute Albinas Pečiukas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marijus Balkevicius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Domas Širvys had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marijus Balkevicius stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Albinas Pečiukas's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. After 26 played minutes Putinų Šernai got a freekick which was hit by Pranas Slavinskas. Albinas Pečiukas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marijus Balkevicius having to make a save. 34 minutes into the match, Domas Širvys notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of FK Eigirdiskiai's Marijus Balkevicius. Marijus Balkevicius was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marijus Balkevicius stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Albinas Pečiukas's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Putinų Šernai's Domas Širvys got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 43 played minutes FK Eigirdiskiai got a freekick which was hit by Mykolas Kalanta . With a couple of smart ball manuevers Domas Širvys in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marijus Balkevicius saved FK Eigirdiskiai from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albinas Pečiukas in the 45th minute of play forced FK Eigirdiskiai's goalkeeper Marijus Balkevicius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vidas Sivickas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gintaras Vizulis in the 47th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gintaras Vizulis made a kick off. Pranas Slavinskas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Albinas Pečiukas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marijus Balkevicius read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Gintaras Vizulis made a precise shot to the right of Vidas Sivickas. Putinų Šernai's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 65th minute Albinas Pečiukas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marijus Balkevicius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kristupas Artiomovas's late challenge caught a Putinų Šernai's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kristupas Artiomovas helped the player get up and apologised. After 65 played minutes FK Eigirdiskiai got a freekick which was hit by Kristupas Artiomovas. In the 70th minute of the match, Albinas Pečiukas tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marijus Balkevicius saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Marijus Balkevicius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albinas Pečiukas, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Albinas Pečiukas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stanislovas Sabaliauskas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Vidas Sivickas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Airūnas Ušeckas hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Mykolas Kalanta made a great header on FK Eigirdiskiai's corner, it was just that Putinų Šernai's Vidas Sivickas managed to reach the ball for a save. Albinas Pečiukas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FK Eigirdiskiai's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
