Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After 3 played minutes FBK Joskaudai got a freekick which was hit by Ovidijus Pažarauskas. Rakiskis's Rimas Skardzius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jotautas Norkevičius in the 10th minute of play. After 12th play minutes Jotautas Norkevičius shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Rimas Skardzius and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 16th minute of the match Tautrimas Gruzdas sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rimas Skardzius skillfully saved the ball. When FBK Joskaudai's Jotautas Norkevičius in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Rakiskis's Adas Gaizutis got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 30th minute, Jotautas Norkevičius got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benjaminas Girdenis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Ričardas Markulis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rakiskis's Adas Gaizutis got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jotautas Norkevičius blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rimas Skardzius having to make a save. Rakiskis's Rimas Skardzius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgilijus Puišys in the 39th minute of play. In the 41st minute Jotautas Norkevičius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rimas Skardzius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 43rd minute of the game. One of FBK Joskaudai:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Rakiskis:s goal.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jotautas Norkevičius was the one to do the kick off. Virgilijus Puišys's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 54thth minute, Rimas Skardzius skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Virgilijus Puišys managed to get in a good position for a shot. FBK Joskaudai's supporters rose to their feet, but Virgilijus Puišys was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rimas Skardzius breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Virgilijus Puišys came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the FBK Joskaudai fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Virgilijus Puišys couldn't finish the play. Jotautas Norkevičius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rimas Skardzius having to interfere. When Jotautas Norkevičius, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 67 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Rimas Skardzius was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the last second Rimas Skardzius throw himself and got hold of the ball when Jotautas Norkevičius in the 71stth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Dainius Marazas hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Eligijus Bagdžiūnas kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. FBK Joskaudai's Virgilijus Puišys got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Alfredas Raudys had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th minute, Jotautas Norkevičius got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Virgilijus Puišys had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rakiskis's Rimas Skardzius proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save Rakiskis from getting a goal against them. FBK Joskaudai played a much better game than Rakiskis and deserved their victory. The Rakiskis players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
