Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) FK Sharkey's Dinaras Baracevičius started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Juozapas Vadalauskas hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Ligitas Staškus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dinaras Baracevičius, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Dominykas Marcišauskas kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Laurynas Rudaitis came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Zharenai's Bernardas Budrys. But to his dismay, Bernardas Budrys quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardas Budrys in the 14th minute of play forced FK Sharkey's goalkeeper Laurynas Rudaitis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to FK Sharkey getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Narūnas Levickas hit a great ball. If Dinaras Baracevičius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Zharenai getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Alius Urbelis hit a great ball. Dinaras Baracevičius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the FK Sharkey defense, Laimutis Markūnas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Laurynas Rudaitis. The FK Sharkey fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Laurynas Rudaitis should have stopped the shot. Laurynas Rudaitis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardas Budrys, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Laimutis Markūnas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zharenai's supporters rose to their feet, but Laimutis Markūnas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Laurynas Rudaitis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 42 minutes into the match, Zharenai's goalkeeper Ligitas Staškus had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dinaras Baracevičius. Ligitas Staškus didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 43rd minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. The FK Sharkey players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Zharenai were winning 1-2.

A collision led to FK Sharkey getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Henrikas Gleveckas hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Zharenai's zone, Dinaras Baracevičius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ligitas Staškus came out of the goal and Dinaras Baracevičius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dinaras Baracevičius might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ligitas Staškus. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dinaras Baracevičius ran back to his position shaking his head. Bernardas Budrys hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. After having played for 63 minutes, Narūnas Levickas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FK Sharkey's supporters crossed their fingers, but Narūnas Levickas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dinaras Baracevičius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ligitas Staškus having to interfere. Ligitas Staškus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dinaras Baracevičius, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Laurynas Rudaitis was a little too slow when Bernardas Budrys got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Egidijus Goštautas in the 83rd minute of play forced Zharenai's goalkeeper Ligitas Staškus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Laimutis Markūnas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Laurynas Rudaitis. FK Sharkey's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Laimutis Markūnas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. 90 minutes into the game, one of FK Sharkey:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After 97 minutes, Juozapas Vadalauskas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zharenai and the FK Sharkey players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Zharenai's Juozapas Vadalauskas got a free kick in the 97th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Zharenai had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
