Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bernardas Budrys started the match with the kick off. FC Bauble's Dangiras Vilimavičius got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Laimutis Markūnas got free with Daumantas Bakšys in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Laimutis Markūnas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zharenai's supporters rose to their feet, but Laimutis Markūnas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daumantas Bakšys breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bernardas Budrys during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 12th minute, Bernardas Budrys hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, FC Bauble's Daumantas Bakšys got control of the ball when Laimutis Markūnas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ligitas Staškus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jurgis Užbalis, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. A collision led to Zharenai getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Edgaras Kuodys hit a great ball. Laimutis Markūnas struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Dangiras Vilimavičius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
Laimutis Markūnas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daumantas Bakšys having to interfere. In the 54th minute, Laimutis Markūnas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Bernardas Budrys had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60th minute, Girkantas Makūnas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ligitas Staškus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dangiras Vilimavičius in the 62nd minute of the match. Zharenai's Bernardas Budrys got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 64 played minutes FC Bauble got a freekick which was hit by Jurgis Užbalis. If Bernardas Budrys had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daumantas Bakšys made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laimutis Markūnas in the 69th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Kristijonas Kanišauskas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Laimutis Markūnas in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daumantas Bakšys prevented the ball from getting in the gole. FC Bauble were furious when Virgilijus Drigotas was red carded, 88 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 87th minute, one of FC Bauble:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Bauble. Bernardas Budrys sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 99th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zharenai's goalkeeper Ligitas Staškus, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
