Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Donaldas Stonys took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the game, Vytis Matuliauskas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Uzhubalyay's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FBK Nemerzeta the free kick. Vytis Matuliauskas hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Donaldas Stonys took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eurelijus Petrulionis. Eurelijus Petrulionis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 14th minute, Aurelijus Gudonis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ugnius Mišeikis's late challenge caught a Uzhubalyay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ugnius Mišeikis helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to FBK Nemerzeta getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Ugnius Mišeikis hit a great ball. Eurelijus Petrulionis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donaldas Stonys in the 25th minute of play. If Donaldas Stonys had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to FBK Nemerzeta getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Benjaminas Damušis hit a great ball. Arunas Kriskus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eurelijus Petrulionis having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aurelijus Gudonis got free with Arnoldas Pupkis in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Benjaminas Damušis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpected shot in the 37th minute by Aurelijus Gudonis got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 45 minutes into the match, FBK Nemerzeta's Virginijus Stravinskas broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vydas Milkintas was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute, Remigijus Vitkauskas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Virginijus Stravinskas didn't quite understand what happened when in the 57 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Arnoldas Pupkis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vydas Milkintas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Donaldas Stonys's late challenge caught a FBK Nemerzeta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Donaldas Stonys helped the player get up and apologised. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Vydas Milkintas managed to get in a good position for a shot. FBK Nemerzeta's supporters rose to their feet, but Vydas Milkintas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnoldas Pupkis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aurelijus Gudonis might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arnoldas Pupkis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aurelijus Gudonis ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vydas Milkintas in the 74th minute of play forced Uzhubalyay's goalkeeper Arnoldas Pupkis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benjaminas Damušis kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Uzhubalyay's Arunas Kriskus got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, FBK Nemerzeta's Eurelijus Petrulionis got control of the ball when Arunas Kriskus tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vydas Milkintas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnoldas Pupkis having to interfere. In the 95thth minute of the game Vydas Milkintas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uzhubalyay's Arnoldas Pupkis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
