Leonardas Kumpis's late challenge caught a Zukliu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonardas Kumpis helped the player get up and apologised. Leonardas Kumpis hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. 3 minutes into the match, Leonardas Snieckus notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of FC Pentiskiai's Eugenijus Kapsukas . Eugenijus Kapsukas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonardas Snieckus in the 7th minute of play forced FC Pentiskiai's goalkeeper Eugenijus Kapsukas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arminas Indriulaitis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenijus Kapsukas having to interfere. A hard shot 23 in the game by Augustinas Daukantas from a close distance when the talented Virgilijus Zutautas managed to make a qualified save. Zukliu's players were relieved. After a rather tough play, Zukliu's Leonidas Sutkevicius got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Antanas Kauspadas's late challenge caught a FC Pentiskiai's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Antanas Kauspadas helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Zukliu getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Antanas Kauspadas hit a great ball. FC Pentiskiai's Virgilijus Bilinkis couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 25th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Zukliu. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Pentiskiai's Martynas Regelskis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Virgilijus Zutautas. That made the score 1-1 after 32 minutes of play. Arminas Indriulaitis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenijus Kapsukas having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Leonardas Snieckus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zukliu's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonardas Snieckus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eugenijus Kapsukas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arminas Indriulaitis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenijus Kapsukas having to interfere. Leonardas Snieckus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Eugenijus Kapsukas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Martynas Regelskis to strike the kick off in the second half. Leonardas Snieckus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 64 minutes, Martynas Regelskis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Pentiskiai's supporters crossed their fingers, but Martynas Regelskis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Augustinas Daukantas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Virgilijus Zutautas having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonardas Snieckus got free with Eugenijus Kapsukas in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eugenijus Kapsukas didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 72nd minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. The audience was convinced that Arminas Indriulaitis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eugenijus Kapsukas was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Eugenijus Kapsukas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arminas Indriulaitis in the 84th minute of the match. Arminas Indriulaitis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Martynas Regelskis charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Martynas Regelskis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to FC Pentiskiai getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Martynas Regelskis hit a great ball. The supporters of Zukliu booed when FC Pentiskiai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardas Kumpis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Pentiskiai's goalkeeper Eugenijus Kapsukas , but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 95 minutes of play FC Pentiskiai's Martynas Regelskis was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 95 played minutes FC Pentiskiai got a freekick which was hit by Martynas Regelskis. Zukliu played a much better game than FC Pentiskiai and deserved their victory. The FC Pentiskiai players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
