Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Kipras Baltrūnas got the match started through his kick off. FBK Mumaiciai's Simas Jakubauskas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kipras Baltrūnas in the 5th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Velikuny's zone, Audrius Tarvydas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vidmantas Minkevičius came out of the goal and Audrius Tarvydas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Velikuny's Vidmantas Minkevičius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Audrius Tarvydas in the 10th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FBK Mumaiciai's Gvidonas Lapinskas got a free kick in the 12th minute. The audience was convinced that Gytis Gramauskas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vidmantas Minkevičius was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. In the 18th match minute, FBK Mumaiciai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laimonas Masys to maneuver through the defense. Simas Jakubauskas made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Vaidas Abalikšta sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Vaidas Abalikšta took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Simas Jakubauskas to make any attempt to save it. Audrius Tarvydas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Vidmantas Minkevičius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in FBK Mumaiciai's zone, Vaidas Abalikšta stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Simas Jakubauskas came out of the goal and Vaidas Abalikšta tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gytis Gramauskas in the 36th minute of play forced Velikuny's goalkeeper Vidmantas Minkevičius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vidmantas Minkevičius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Audrius Tarvydas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Gytis Gramauskas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 46 minutes into the match, Velikuny's goal looked a bit too open when Audrius Tarvydas came free, but Vidmantas Minkevičius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Audrius Tarvydas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Audrius Tarvydas made the kick off in the second half. Velikuny's defense didn't have a chance, in the 53rd minute, when Gytis Gramauskas scored to the left of an out of position Vidmantas Minkevičius, making the score, 1-1. Vaidas Abalikšta took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Simas Jakubauskas. Simas Jakubauskas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. A collision led to FBK Mumaiciai getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Sergejus Bartkus hit a great ball. Sergejus Bartkus kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute, one of FBK Mumaiciai:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FBK Mumaiciai. In the 75th minute there was a penalty for Velikuny. Naglis Karvelis stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Simas Jakubauskas. 3-1. In the 78th match minute, Velikuny was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benediktas Kaniušis to maneuver through the defense. Dangiras Milkintas kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Vidmantas Minkevičius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Audrius Tarvydas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gytis Gramauskas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Vidmantas Minkevičius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benediktas Kaniušis during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of FBK Mumaiciai booed when Velikuny was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benediktas Kaniušis didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kipras Baltrūnas during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Velikuny getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Kipras Baltrūnas hit a great ball. In the 93rd minute Vaidas Abalikšta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simas Jakubauskas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 96th minute, Velikuny's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Audrius Tarvydas fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Gytis Gramauskas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the FBK Mumaiciai players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Velikuny.
