Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Vanagiskiai's Algirdas Poderis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Vanagiskiai from getting a goal against them. Tautrimas Diršė struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Algirdas Poderis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vekoniu. Albinas Kancevicius charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Albinas Kancevicius the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Vanagiskiai's Albinas Kancevicius got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 16th minute Gediminas Kunigelis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristijonas Kontautas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gediminas Kunigelis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Svajūnas Vainauskas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Algirdas Poderis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Svajūnas Vainauskas came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Vekoniu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Svajūnas Vainauskas couldn't finish the play. After 23 played minutes Vanagiskiai got a freekick which was hit by Linas Kauspadas. Tautrimas Diršė's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Algirdas Poderis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. A collision led to Vanagiskiai getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Linas Karalius hit a great ball. Vanagiskiai's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Tautrimas Diršė 36 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Svajūnas Vainauskas struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Algirdas Poderis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vekoniu. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gediminas Kunigelis to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Vekoniu's Tautrimas Diršė nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Algirdas Poderis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Svajūnas Vainauskas in the 59th minute of play forced Vanagiskiai's goalkeeper Algirdas Poderis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The long shot by Romualdas Juknevicius in the 66th minute really tested Kristijonas Kontautas's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. When Svajūnas Vainauskas came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Vekoniu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Svajūnas Vainauskas couldn't finish the play. 68 minutes into the game, one of Vanagiskiai:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Vekoniu a penalty, 70 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Vakaris Dautartas, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Vanagiskiai's Algirdas Poderis. 3-0. When Gediminas Kunigelis came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Vanagiskiai fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gediminas Kunigelis couldn't finish the play. If Svajūnas Vainauskas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gediminas Kunigelis in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kristijonas Kontautas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Svajūnas Vainauskas struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Algirdas Poderis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vekoniu. Gediminas Kunigelis succeeded in the game's 93rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-1. 99 minutes into the game, Vanagiskiai's Liudvikas Uselis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kristijonas Kontautas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Vekoniu had played much better football throughout.
