Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Vygandas Daugirdas took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Vygandas Daugirdas notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of FK Palokiscio's Raimondas Pauža. Raimondas Pauža was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 8th match minute, Forest Power was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gvidas Mišeikis to maneuver through the defense. Klemensas Mališauskas kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. 22 minutes in the game, Haroldas Makelevičius fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Simonas Sutkus having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Algitas Bankauskas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Simonas Sutkus. Forest Power's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Algitas Bankauskas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 28th play minute Algitas Bankauskas came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Simonas Sutkus. 2-1. Simonas Sutkus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haroldas Makelevičius in the 31st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Algitas Bankauskas got free with Simonas Sutkus in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 37 minutes into the match, Vygandas Daugirdas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Raimondas Pauža. FK Palokiscio's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vygandas Daugirdas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Henrikas Motiejūnas charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Henrikas Motiejūnas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Forest Power's Henrikas Motiejūnas got a free kick in the 46th minute.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Algitas Bankauskas during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 55 played minutes FK Palokiscio got a freekick which was hit by Algitas Bankauskas. Forest Power's Benas Puščius managed to work through FK Palokiscio's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Benas Puščius dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Simonas Sutkus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Algitas Bankauskas, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Simonas Sutkus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Algitas Bankauskas in the 69th minute of the match. Simonas Sutkus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Algitas Bankauskas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in FK Palokiscio's zone, Vygandas Daugirdas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Raimondas Pauža came out of the goal and Vygandas Daugirdas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Raimondas Pauža came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Forest Power's Benas Puščius. But to his dismay, Benas Puščius quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. The supporters of Forest Power booed when FK Palokiscio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonas Milašauskas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benas Puščius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Raimondas Pauža tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Raimondas Pauža made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Benas Puščius sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to FK Palokiscio getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Merūnas Dabrikas hit a great ball. 89 minutes into the match, Forest Power's goal looked a bit too open when Haroldas Makelevičius came free, but Simonas Sutkus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of FK Palokiscio booed when Forest Power was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henrikas Motiejūnas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Forest Power's Simonas Sutkus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haroldas Makelevičius in the 94th minute of play. The Forest Power players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
