Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Eligijus Dringelis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alanas Gaivenis in the 4th minute of the match. Wictor Hård's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Raimundas Poderis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. FC Vilkija's Deividas Jaras shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 10th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Raimundas Poderis but with some difficulty. Eligijus Dringelis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alanas Gaivenis in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th minute Zilvinas Giedrikas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eligijus Dringelis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alanas Gaivenis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zilvinas Giedrikas during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, FK Gelciai's Zilvinas Giedrikas got a free kick in the 26th minute. When FK Gelciai's Alanas Gaivenis in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Vilkija's goalie prevented a goal. Alanas Gaivenis struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Eligijus Dringelis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FK Gelciai. In the 35th minute, Wictor Hård got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eligijus Dringelis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zilvinas Giedrikas, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Raimundas Poderis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mantas Pipiras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice moves Alanas Gaivenis could shoot a difficult shot in the 53rd minute, which Eligijus Dringelis however easily saved by the left post. Mantas Pipiras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raimundas Poderis having to interfere. In the 73rd minute Mantas Pipiras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raimundas Poderis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Raimundas Poderis came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Vilkija's Mantas Pipiras. But to his dismay, Mantas Pipiras quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Zilvinas Giedrikas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eligijus Dringelis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zilvinas Giedrikas in the 90th minute of play. When Almantas Inda fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Vilkija's protests and gave Almantas Inda a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to FC Vilkija getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Almantas Inda hit a great ball. When Alanas Gaivenis came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the FK Gelciai fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alanas Gaivenis couldn't finish the play. FC Vilkija were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of FK Gelciai for a fine match.
