Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) When Dainius Anusevičius fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FBK Butrimonis's protests and gave Dainius Anusevičius a yellow card for diving instead. Adas Venckus, 4 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Begshen's goalkeeper Mindaugas Vidžiūnas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 17thth minute of the game Edgaras Gudonis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Begshen's Mindaugas Vidžiūnas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Edgaras Gudonis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emilis Akunis's late challenge caught a FBK Butrimonis's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emilis Akunis helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of FBK Butrimonis booed when Begshen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emilis Akunis didn't get a good kick on the ball. FBK Butrimonis's Edgaras Gudonis got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 37th minute, FBK Butrimonis's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Vidmantas Jurkus fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Sigitas Mikulėnas scored 1-1 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mindaugas Vidžiūnas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edgaras Gudonis to make the kick off. Dainius Anusevičius's shot from long distance in the 57th minute was not bad at all, but Begshen's Mindaugas Vidžiūnas knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Mindaugas Vidžiūnas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vismantas Kraujalis in the 62nd minute. Vidmantas Jurkus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vidmantas Jurkus scored 2-3 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Daumantas Baliutis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Vismantas Kraujalis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mindaugas Vidžiūnas having to interfere. 88 minutes into the game, Vidmantas Jurkus cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Daumantas Baliutis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Edgaras Gudonis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mindaugas Vidžiūnas having to interfere.
