After 19 played minutes Twyford got a freekick which was hit by Younis Abdul Basir. The crowd rose to their feet as Zafar Ghazwan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Azmi Fayyad. That made the score 1-0 in the 20 minute of play. Ubaid Abdul Basir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samer Hamal in the 23rd minute of play. If Habib Nusri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. Ubaid Abdul Basir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samer Hamal in the 29th minute of the match. Harvington's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Samer Hamal 53 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. 57 minutes into the match, Twyford's goal looked a bit too open when Dani Al Safi came free, but Azmi Fayyad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dani Al Safi couldn't finish the play. When Habib Nusri, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 84 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Ubaid Abdul Basir was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Dani Al Safi struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Azmi Fayyad didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Harvington. After some careless play in the Twyford defense, Dani Al Safi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Azmi Fayyad. The Twyford fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Azmi Fayyad should have stopped the shot. If Habib Nusri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. For all the effort they put into the match, the Twyford players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Harvington.
