Cove FC's Aws Al Gareb got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mortada Al Hadhod fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Talal Al Sayer having to interfere. After 30 played minutes Buckfast Abbey got a freekick which was hit by Farhan Bo Qamaz. A collision led to Buckfast Abbey getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Shjae Al Ali hit a great ball. Sror Al Khars fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Meshal Mandane having to interfere. The wind increased when Mortada Al Hadhod made the kick off in the second half. Farhan Bo Qamaz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 53rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Talal Al Sayer. Cove FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Aws Al Gareb sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sror Al Khars in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Meshal Mandane prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aws Al Gareb sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Mortada Al Hadhod managed to get in a good position for a shot. Buckfast Abbey's supporters rose to their feet, but Mortada Al Hadhod was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Talal Al Sayer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aws Al Gareb struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Meshal Mandane didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cove FC. A collision led to Buckfast Abbey getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Adnan Al Naqi hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Aws Al Gareb's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Meshal Mandane was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Buckfast Abbey's Meshal Mandane played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sror Al Khars in the 93rd minute of play.
