The supporters of Dunton Green booed when Ashford was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sharf Kamal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ameen Boland could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Baqer Dehrab made a huge save. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nemir Al Harban stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dunton Green's Oun Al Dabos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Dunton Green from getting a goal against them. Dunton Green were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Ashford for a fine match.
