If Nizar Al Fadhalah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 37th minute Nizar Al Fadhalah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Darweesh Al Abdullah saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Darweesh Al Abdullah showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdulatif Al Bana in the 39th minute of the match. 43 minutes into the match, Manor Park AFC's Abdulatif Al Bana sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Darweesh Al Abdullah narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Falah Bo Abbas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haitham Al Motar having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Saed Taqi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Younis Al Naqi hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. 73 minutes into the match, Manor Park AFC's Abdul Rahman Al Hajraf broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After a rather tough play, Manor Park AFC's Farhan Al Abdullah got a free kick in the 81st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nizar Al Fadhalah in the 84th minute of play forced Desert Sand AFC's goalkeeper Darweesh Al Abdullah to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86thth minute of the game Nizar Al Fadhalah who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Desert Sand AFC's Darweesh Al Abdullah was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Desert Sand AFC's Darweesh Al Abdullah proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Desert Sand AFC from getting a goal against them. 93 minutes had been played when some careless play by Desert Sand AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Abdul Rahman Al Hajraf was slow to take the kick. During this time Manor Park AFC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Abdul Rahman Al Hajraf almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Desert Sand AFC's Darweesh Al Abdullah did a great save. 96 minutes in the game, Nizar Al Fadhalah fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Darweesh Al Abdullah having to interfere. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
