Croston FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sror Al Baghli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 34 minutes of play, Dedham AFC's Gawhar Shalan made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Haitham Al Mahmed was left in no man's land by his defense there! Haitham Al Mahmed showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Talib Al Dekhel in the 41st minute of the match. Mubarek Al Arbash fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ghanim Al Dowaisan having to interfere. Zahid Al Enzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mubarek Al Arbash made a kick off. Gawhar Shalan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Croston FC's zone, Gawhar Shalan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Haitham Al Mahmed came out of the goal and Gawhar Shalan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 85th minute, Talib Al Dekhel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Talib Al Dekhel in the 89th minute of play forced Croston FC's goalkeeper Haitham Al Mahmed to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Haitham Al Mahmed made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bassam Bo Resley in the 91st minute. The Dedham AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
