Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) After 3 minutes, Bahaa Al Ghanem mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the West Bridgford and the Holmfirth United players grew even worse after the yellow card. Bahaa Al Ghanem kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. In the 4th minute, Baqer Al Banwan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Holmfirth United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. West Bridgford's Jassem Al Herz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hussain Al Sherazi in the 10th minute of play. Nasser Bo Shehri hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Holmfirth United's Baqer Al Banwan got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jassem Al Herz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baqer Al Banwan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baqer Al Banwan's late challenge caught a West Bridgford's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Baqer Al Banwan helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Holmfirth United's Baqer Al Banwan got a free kick in the 17th minute. Barrak Al Dosery showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sultan Al Saffar, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Sultan Al Saffar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barrak Al Dosery having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Doaej Al Ghanem got free with Barrak Al Dosery in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Doaej Al Ghanem sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th minute, Mamdouh Al Shaikh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Holmfirth United's Edrees Al Dabos got a free kick in the 40th minute. After some careless play in the West Bridgford defense, Baqer Al Banwan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jassem Al Herz. The West Bridgford fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jassem Al Herz should have stopped the shot. In the 47th minute, Fakher Al Motar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
Barrak Al Dosery made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sultan Al Saffar in the 53rd minute of play. West Bridgford's Sultan Al Saffar got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Barrak Al Dosery showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doaej Al Ghanem in the 56th minute of the match. Barrak Al Dosery made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sultan Al Saffar in the 57th minute of play. Barrak Al Dosery showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fakher Al Motar, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Jassem Al Herz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hussain Al Sherazi went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Jassem Al Herz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Baqer Al Banwan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 65 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baqer Al Banwan in the 70th minute of play forced West Bridgford's goalkeeper Jassem Al Herz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baqer Al Banwan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Jassem Al Herz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Barrak Al Dosery tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 87 minutes, Hussain Al Sherazi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Holmfirth United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hussain Al Sherazi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Baqer Al Banwan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jassem Al Herz having to interfere. Jassem Al Herz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baqer Al Banwan in the 93rd minute of play. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Holmfirth United's goalkeeper Barrak Al Dosery, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 96th minute, Doaej Al Ghanem ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Barrak Al Dosery was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. The Holmfirth United supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Holmfirth United would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
