Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nizar Al Sayer started the match with the kick off. Bentworth's Abdullah Al Zamel got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lafi Bo Qamaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nabel Shams, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. After having played for 13 minutes, Hani Khorshed managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Banbury's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hani Khorshed was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Banbury's Lafi Bo Qamaz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Banbury from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Bentworth booed when Banbury was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hakem Al Zamel didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Khalel Al Kandere during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 18th minute, Khalel Al Kandere hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Abdullah Al Zamel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nizar Al Sayer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Luai Al Khames tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nizar Al Sayer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Abdullah Al Zamel came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Bentworth fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abdullah Al Zamel couldn't finish the play. After 45 played minutes Banbury got a freekick which was hit by Hakem Al Zamel. Nabel Shams blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lafi Bo Qamaz having to make a save. Luai Al Khames took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hani Khorshed, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nabel Shams was the one to do the kick off. Nabel Shams kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Hani Khorshed sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 58 minutes into the match, Bentworth's goalkeeper Luai Al Khames had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hani Khorshed. Lafi Bo Qamaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdullah Al Zamel, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Nizar Al Sayer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nizar Al Sayer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luai Al Khames having to interfere. After having played for 75 minutes, Nabel Shams managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bentworth's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nabel Shams was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Banbury's supporters rose to their feet, but Hani Khorshed was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luai Al Khames breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
