Gur Letterman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nethaniah Athly having to interfere. Hedi Gisenborg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shoshan Ross in the 40th minute of play. Hedi Gisenborg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bobby Levenson in the 43rd minute of the match. If Gur Letterman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 47 minutes into the match, Honi Ashkenazi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hedi Gisenborg. Hawks's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Honi Ashkenazi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gur Letterman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jens Naor's late challenge caught a Dafneh's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jens Naor helped the player get up and apologised. After 57 played minutes Hawks got a freekick which was hit by Jens Naor. After a rather tough play, Dafneh's Melchoir Alfred got a free kick in the 62nd minute. 64 minutes into the match, Hawks's goalkeeper Hedi Gisenborg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Honi Ashkenazi. With a little luck, Hawks's Hedi Gisenborg got control of the ball when Honi Ashkenazi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hedi Gisenborg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bobby Levenson in the 68th minute of the match. When Jett Abramoff came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Hawks fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jett Abramoff couldn't finish the play. When Gur Letterman came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Hawks fans jumped to their feet. If Asarel Romanelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hawks's Hedi Gisenborg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bobby Levenson in the 95th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Dafneh had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
