The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The attack was good, but when Shuli Segal in the 4th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Yahn Shnieor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dima Hasid made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yahn Shnieor in the 13th minute. After 15 played minutes FC Mefalsim got a freekick which was hit by Shlomke Berger. Shabtay Fliter hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. FC Mefalsim's Dima Hasid played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haim Nisani in the 24th minute of play. In the 26th minute of the match Zachariah Haymovitz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kochav Rif skillfully saved the ball. Shuli Segal's late challenge caught a SC Immara's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Shuli Segal helped the player get up and apologised. Shuli Segal kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Mefalsim's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Nadiv Gros was slow to take the kick. During this time SC Immara's players had a chance to rest. After 33 minutes, Mori Gil mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Immara and the FC Mefalsim players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mori Gil kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Avinoam Albertman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Kochav Rif tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Avinoam Albertman might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kochav Rif. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Mefalsim's goalkeeper Dima Hasid, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Shuli Segal was the one to do the kick off. Dima Hasid took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yahn Shnieor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rami Golan kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. With 65 minutes on the clock, Mori Gil commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in SC Immara fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 64th minute. Penalty! SC Immara:s Kochav Rif showed great skill when he stopped Shlomke Berger:s penalty. The FC Mefalsim fans' excitement grew in the 77th match minute when FC Mefalsim's Shuli Segal looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Kochav Rif showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shuli Segal, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. If Shuli Segal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. FC Mefalsim's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
