Avigdor Mesika might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arik Dudi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Avigdor Mesika ran back to his position shaking his head. Yahav Baruch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Liad Chayat hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 24th minute, Yahav Baruch fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Yahav Baruch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Arik Dudi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 33rd minute, Tzahel Gershon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yahav Baruch made a kick off. Amir Baruch hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. When Yahav Baruch came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the SC Dannun fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yahav Baruch couldn't finish the play. SC Dannun's Gidon Lokali played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gili Nissim in the 64th minute of play. After 67 played minutes SC Dannun got a freekick which was hit by Umar Dego. In the 71st minute, Avigdor Mesika got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Zecharya Shimon's late challenge caught a SC Dannun's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zecharya Shimon helped the player get up and apologised. After 72 played minutes Yehud got a freekick which was hit by Zecharya Shimon. The supporters of SC Dannun booed when Yehud was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Umar Kasantini didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in SC Dannun's zone, Tzahel Gershon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gidon Lokali came out of the goal and Tzahel Gershon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 78 minutes, Zecharya Shimon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yehud's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zecharya Shimon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tzahel Gershon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yehud's Arik Dudi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yahav Baruch in the 82nd minute of play. Yahav Baruch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Arik Dudi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 89 minutes of play, SC Dannun's Yahav Baruch made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arik Dudi was left in no man's land by his defense there! The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
