With a little luck, Shluhot's Amariya Gross got control of the ball when Yale Strongin tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Barachia Plotkin got free in front of the goal in the 19th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Patrick Warner was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Amariya Gross made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Yale Strongin sent off a good shot on target. Patrick Warner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 38 minutes into the game, Shluhot's Barachia Plotkin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Patrick Warner made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Gonen Newman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amariya Gross having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yale Strongin to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Hosea Garon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrick Warner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Shluhot booed when Hatzor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafael Baner didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Shluhot's zone, Yale Strongin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amariya Gross came out of the goal and Yale Strongin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Barachia Plotkin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64th minute, Hosea Garon made a precise shot to the right of Patrick Warner. Hatzor's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Shluhot's Barachia Plotkin got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hatzor's Patrick Warner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hosea Garon in the 72nd minute of play. In the 78th minute, Barachia Plotkin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hosea Garon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Patrick Warner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85thth minute of the game Hosea Garon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hatzor's Patrick Warner was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Patrick Warner made an important save on a dangerous shot by Barachia Plotkin in the 86th minute. In the 89th minute Hosea Garon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrick Warner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hatzor's Patrick Warner proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Hatzor from getting a goal against them.
